Site Manager/Consutruction Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end site operations for construction projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily construction activities and site progress.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications; resolve technical and execution issues.
• Monitor labor productivity, material usage, and equipment deployment.
• Ensure compliance with statutory norms, safety standards, and local regulations.
• Conduct site inspections, progress reviews, and risk assessments.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to management.
• Mentor and guide site engineers, supervisors, and foremen.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 20+ years of proven experience in construction site management.
• Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Expertise in construction methodologies, quality control, and safety management.
• Ability to manage large teams and multiple contractors effectively.
