Job Description


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Clerk 2 to join our administrative team in Visakhapatnam, India. In this permanent position, you will provide essential clerical and administrative support, ensuring smooth operations through meticulous record-keeping, efficient data management, and collaborative teamwork. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a customer-focused approach.

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain comprehensive records, ensuring all documentation is filed systematically and accessible for authorised personnel - Provide administrative support to senior staff, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and preparing reports with precision - Process and verify clerical documents, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly to maintain data integrity - Manage multiple tasks simultaneously whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist in the organisation and coordination of office activities, contributing to efficient workflow and operational excellence - Communicate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders, responding to enquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Support the maintenance of office systems and procedures, suggesting improvements where appropriate to enhance efficiency - Contribute to a collaborative team environment, offering support to colleagues and demonstrating a willingness to learn and develop

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a clerical, administrative, or similar support role (preferably in a corporate environment)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office management systems - Strong numeracy skills and competency in data entry with a proven ability to maintain accuracy - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate information clearly - Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of work quality - Demonstrated organisational and time-keeping abilities, with capacity to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple responsibilities concurrently - Strong people skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn - Basic knowledge of filing systems, record management, and documentation procedures - Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve administrative challenges proactively - Desirable: Experience with induction processes or familiarity with corporate administrative procedures
