About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Client Servicing / Client Relationship Manager to become a part of our Mumbai team. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in the corporate events and experiential marketing industry, demonstrating a strong ability to manage client relationships, comprehend business goals, and deliver comprehensive event solutions. This position requires someone who can serve as the main point of contact for clients while ensuring smooth collaboration with internal teams to successfully execute campaigns and events.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams for all event-related needs.
  • Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Grasp client goals, marketing objectives, and event requirements to deliver strategic recommendations and solutions.
  • Oversee the complete execution of corporate and experiential events, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining quality standards.
  • Create proposals, presentations, budgets, timelines, and event plans that align with client expectations.
  • Collaborate with creative, production, operations, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders to guarantee flawless event execution.
  • Conduct frequent client meetings, presentations, and provide status updates throughout the project duration.
  • Track project profitability and ensure compliance with approved budgets.
  • Identify potential areas for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling services to current clients.
  • Manage client concerns, escalations, and feedback in a professional and solution-focused manner.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new experiential concepts to introduce innovative ideas to clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Client Relationship Management within the corporate or experiential events sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale corporate events, brand activations, conferences, exhibitions, and experiential campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of event planning, execution processes, and stakeholder management.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong commercial insight with experience in budgeting and proposal preparation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiarity with event management tools is preferred.
  • A proactive, detail-focused, problem-solving approach combined with a customer-centric mindset.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related discipline.
  • A postgraduate degree in Marketing or Event Management will be considered an advantage.
