Within BNP Paribas, Cardif is responsible for activities at the Insurance branch of the Group.
Cardif APS is part of BNP Paribas Group IT and is responsible for supporting the IT production environment and activities for the Cardif entities.
Cardif APS activities are critical and highly visible. Around 250 applications and 4000 servers are under Cardif APS responsibility.
Cardif APS has a roadmap to ensure production security & stability, reduce time-to-market by using the most advanced technologies and integrate functional application support to provide full applications production & support services.
Therefore, Cardif APS is hiring experienced IT professionals who are open minded, willing to learn and to be part of the transformation roadmap.
Position Purpose
The change manager will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and planification of changes and deployment of components within the information system and will play a crucial role in ensuring that all risks are controlled.
The change manager will work under the responsibility of the CARDIF Global Change manager (OPS CARDIF, domain “Service Management”)

Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Control and validate the quality of changes submitted before their execution (schedule, test plan, risk assessment, rollback plan, etc…)
- Identify major changes according with group rules
- Contribute to the CAB organization
- identify the impacts and assess the risks of the transversal/infrastructure changes,
- Inform IT teams of upcoming cross-change with a description and the estimated risk level
- If necessary, Implement the post-operation testing system in collaboration with technical teams
- Responsible for the proper application of the process for all stakeholders of the change management process
- Ensuring process support for operational teams
- Ensure Compliance with policies and standards (e.g. ITIL)
- Perform post-implementation reviews.
- Maintain change records and audit trails
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business and vendors)
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation and process standardization within ITSM function.
- Ability to conduct training sessions to technical teams and to make them adhere to change management policies & procedures

- Service Now (ITSM)
- General IT infrastructure knowledge
- Standard administration tools (Active Directory, SCCM, Antivirus, DNS, DHCP ...)
- Knowledge of IT production backup and resilience setup (High Availability setup, Disaster Recovery Plan, etc.)
- Knowledge on RedHat Linux, Windows, AIX, WAS and CFT
- Infrastructures supporting business applications (post office, servers, network ...)
- Attention to detail / rigor
- Analytical Ability
- Ability to set up relevant performance indicators
- Ability to understand, explain and support change
