About The Role

As the Chairman & Founder, you will be the visionary force behind the company’s long-term strategy, reputation, and value creation. You will oversee the investment philosophy, capital allocation, stakeholder relationships, and governance structures. Your leadership will set the tone at the top, ensuring integrity, innovation, and sustainable growth across all portfolio activities and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Define and lead the company’s long-term investment thesis, capital deployment strategies, and growth blueprint.
• Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on strategic investment opportunities in alignment with risk-reward profiles.
• Serve as the face of the firm in key partnerships, investor meetings, public forums, and strategic alliances.
  
  

Governance & Oversight

• Establish and chair the Board of Directors, setting governance frameworks and oversight principles.
• Ensure legal, ethical, and fiduciary integrity in all investment and corporate practices.
• Recruit, mentor, and support C-suite leadership across the firm and portfolio companies.
  
  

Capital Formation & Stakeholder Relations

• Lead capital raising efforts from institutional investors, family offices, sovereign funds, and HNWIs.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including limited partners, regulators, financial institutions, and advisors.
  
  

Thought Leadership & Brand Building

• Represent the company as a thought leader at industry panels, investment forums, and global events.
• Shape the public narrative and reputation of the company through active PR, ESG leadership, and strategic communications.
  
  

Innovation & Expansion

• Drive innovation across investment methodologies, digital transformation, and new market exploration.
• Expand the firm’s global footprint by identifying cross-border investment opportunities and partnerships.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven track record (15+ years) in investment management, private equity, venture capital, corporate finance, or entrepreneurship.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, macroeconomics, and asset classes across geographies.
• Demonstrated experience in founding, scaling, or leading multi-million/billion-dollar enterprises or funds.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• MBA, CFA, or equivalent background preferred; global education/experience is a plus.
