Primary Responsibilities:

  • Utilize open-source and licensed tools/frameworks such as Apache JMeter, Performance Center, NeoLoad, Locust, Gatling for performance testing
  • Leverage Cloud and AI to achieve team goals
  • Consult on end-to-end performance testing including requirements gathering, building scripts and scenarios, test execution, analyze results and generate reports
  • Use of monitoring tools to help diagnose, improve and resolve performance issues
  • Handle multiple projects at once in a very dynamic environment
  • Train and mentor resources through the organization to establish best practices

  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of performance testing experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with JMeter or other open-source test frameworks
  • Experience creating test scripts against multiple technologies such as API, Web, Citrix
  • Proven excellent communication skills to present to teams and conduct meetings
  • Proven to be a self-starter to research for solutions, learn new technology and applying it to enhance application performance
  • Ability to work off hours


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cloud platform certification in Azure, GCP, or AWS
  • Performance Engineering and/or SRE Certification
  • Experience using AI tools
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as DynaTrace, New Relic, Splunk
  • Healthcare application performance testing
