Role Overview

We are looking for a high-ownership Business Strategy Manager who will act as the bridge between leadership vision and departmental execution.

This role requires someone who can convert high-level business goals into measurable, actionable, and trackable deliverables across teams. You will work closely with founders, leadership teams, and department heads to drive strategic planning, operational alignment, performance tracking, and business growth initiatives.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

• Partner closely with leadership and HODs to define annual and quarterly business priorities across functions.
• Translate broad business goals into clearly measurable OKRs and numeric deliverables.
• Build strategic roadmaps and execution frameworks to ensure alignment between leadership vision and team execution.
• Drive quarterly business reviews and provide forward-looking strategic recommendations based on performance trends and market opportunities.
• Work with departments to define measurable KPIs, success metrics, and performance benchmarks.
• Convert qualitative updates into structured, data-driven deliverables with clear ownership and timelines.
• Build and maintain real-time dashboards and tracking systems to monitor execution progress across teams.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and hygiene of business performance data and reporting systems.
• Act as a central coordination point between leadership and departments to drive accountability and execution.
• Drive follow-ups across stakeholders to ensure projects and deliverables are completed on time.
• Lead workshops and cross-functional discussions to redesign workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Explore and support AI-driven and automation-focused solutions across business functions where applicable.
  
  

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 3+ years of experience in Business Strategy, Founder’s Office, Consulting, Operations Strategy, or Program Management roles.
• Strong understanding of OKRs, business metrics, strategic planning, and operational execution.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking abilities.
• Strong ownership mindset with high attention to detail and execution excellence.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards, reporting tools, and business analytics.
