The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying,
developing, and converting new business opportunities in the Agarbatti
(Incense) , Home Care, Air Care, Personal Care, Wet Wipes, Detergents,
Floor Cleaners, Phenyl, Dish wash, and other FMCG applications.
3) Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
Identify and approach new customers in:
Incense & related product categories
Detergent Powder
Liquid Detergent
Dishwash Liquid
Floor Cleaners
Phenyl
Toilet Cleaners
Air Fresheners
Fabric Conditioners
Generate and qualify leads across India.
Conduct factory visits and customer meetings.
Build relationships with promoters, purchase heads, formulators, and
production teams.
Convert fragrance trials into commercial business.
4)Account Development
Understand customer product requirements and fragrance needs
.Coordinate with the R&D and Perfumery teams for sample development
.Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to commercial orders
.Negotiate commercial terms and develop long-term partnerships
5) Market Intelligence
Track industry trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
Identify new growth opportunities and emerging product categories.
