Business Development Executive

Make Your Own Perfume [MYOP]

Key Responsibilities


  • Perform routine inspections of store premises, fixtures, fittings, furniture, and equipment.

  • Carry out minor repairs and maintenance of doors, shelves, racks, locks, hinges, and other store fixtures.

  • Monitor lighting, electrical fittings, air-conditioning, and other facility-related issues, and rectify faults promptly.

  • Assist in maintaining signboards, display fixtures, storage racks, and other store infrastructure.

  • Coordinate with external technicians and service providers for repairs related to HVAC and fire systems.

  • Support store setup, renovation, fixture installation, and dismantling activities when required.

  • Carry out any other maintenance-related duties assigned by the Store Manager.


Key Skills


  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repair work.

  • Ability to identify maintenance issues and take appropriate corrective action.

  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with store staff and external service providers.

  • Responsible, punctual, and disciplined


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)


  • Timely completion of maintenance requests.

  • Reduction in recurring maintenance issues.

  • Proper upkeep of store facilities and fixtures.









Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: SSLC / Plus Two or equivalent. ITI or technical qualification preferred.

  • Previous experience in building or retail store maintenance is preferred.

  • Preferred experience: 1–3 years of relevant maintenance experience.

  • Freshers with basic technical knowledge and a willingness to learn may also be considered.

  • Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, or holidays as per store requirement
