Description

Amazon.in Business team (AB IN) is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly motivated Business Analyst who will support data-driven decision-making and help enhance customer experience across digital platforms. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze performance, identify insights, and contribute to optimizing business outcomes.

You will be responsible for tracking key metrics, preparing reports, and supporting execution teams with actionable insights. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key job responsibilities

  • Analyze business performance data across central programs and campaigns to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities
  • Support end-to-end tracking of business initiatives and performance metrics
  • Prepare and maintain regular reports and dashboards for stakeholders, highlighting key KPIs and business drivers
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to gather data inputs and ensure accurate reporting
  • Provide clear, structured written and verbal updates on performance insights
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and deep dives into campaign and traffic performance

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ years of data analytics or automation experience
  • 1+ years of capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or similar experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of data pipelining and extraction using SQL
  • Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level
  • Experience with data mining tools like SQL, SAS, SPSS, or similar

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in data analytics or automation
