Automation Test Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Automation Analyst with strong expertise in Selenium Automation and Java to design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in test automation strategy, framework development, and execution within Agile environments

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, and TestNG
• Strong programming and analytical skills in Java
• Experience in creating and implementing Test Automation Frameworks
• Expertise in developing Automation Testing Strategies
• Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with other automation tools such as QTP/UFT
• API Automation Testing
• Playwright
• Mobile Automation using Appium
• Agile/Scrum project experience
• Banking domain knowledge

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts.
• Create and execute automated test cases for web applications.
• Develop automation strategies to improve test coverage and efficiency.
• Execute automation test suites and analyze test results.
• Prepare and share status reports with stakeholders.
• Participate in requirement discussions, design reviews, and status meetings.
• Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure quality deliverables.
• Identify, track, and report defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
