About the role

We're looking for an analytical Marketing Manager to scale and optimise our referral programme and enterprise offers across Revolut Business markets. You'll deliver efficient and high-intent customer acquisition through our most powerful organic engine.

What you'll be doing

  • Owning the end-to-end delivery of business referral initiatives across markets, ensuring growth in high-intent B2B signups
  • Configuring complex campaign mechanics and reward triggers with zero-error execution, ensuring pricing and eligibility are airtight
  • Designing and running A/B experiments on reward structures and referral flows to optimise the B2B conversion funnel
  • Working closely with Product, Sales, and Legal to draft accurate in-app communications and ensure T&C compliance for custom enterprise offers
  • Tracking performance daily to identify anomalies, spikes, or abuse signals, and acting decisively to mitigate risks
  • Building transparent dashboards in Tableau/Looker to share actionable learnings with leadership

What you'll need

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-growth environment (fintech, B2B SaaS, or gaming), with a focus on performance analytics or growth operations
  • A solid understanding of referral fundamentals (flows, triggers, and user eligibility) and a track record of data-led decision making
  • Experience using SQL to pull data and Tableau/Looker for performance analysis
  • A get-it-done attitude with a proven ability to deliver tangible results from Day 1 without close supervision
  • To be able to read funnel performance, identify unusual drops, and distinguish between a quick operational fix and a long-term roadmap item
  • Familiarity with the legal constraints of marketing (marketing consent, T&Cs, and regional restrictions)
  • Natural curiosity and the drive to solve problems that others consider impossible

Compensation range

  • Krakow: PLN15,000 - PLN16,600 gross monthly*
  • Poland: PLN15,000 - PLN16,600 gross monthly*
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
  • Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
