We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to help build and scale a digital workflow platform focused on document execution, automation, and user experience. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to create seamless, scalable, and efficient digital solutions.
The ideal candidate is passionate about product management, enjoys solving complex workflow challenges, and leverages modern AI tools to improve operational efficiency and customer experiences. You will play a key role in defining product requirements, driving feature execution, optimizing business processes, and ensuring successful product delivery.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Drive product initiatives across digital workflow and document management modules.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to execute product roadmaps and deliver high-quality releases.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to improve user journeys and operational effectiveness.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and automation technologies to streamline internal processes and reduce manual effort.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and functional specifications.
- Ensure clear communication of requirements across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Legal, Sales, Engineering, and Vendor Management to deliver product enhancements.
- Monitor product performance and define key success metrics such as conversion rates, turnaround time, user adoption, drop-off rates, and automation coverage.
- Support testing activities, validate feature functionality, and ensure comprehensive coverage of business scenarios and edge cases.
- Continuously analyze customer feedback, operational challenges, and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Contribute to building intuitive and seamless user experiences across customer-facing and administrative platforms.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 1+ year of experience in Product Management, SaaS, FinTech, LegalTech, or workflow-driven technology platforms.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create clear and structured product documentation.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Hands-on experience using AI productivity and automation tools to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, integrations, and low-code/no-code automation platforms.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and ambiguous requirements.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and functions.
- Basic understanding of software development processes, testing methodologies, and technical concepts.
- Ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility when making product decisions.
- Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related disciplines is preferred.
- Experience with analytics platforms, workflow automation, digital contracts, document management systems, or process optimization solutions will be an added advantage.
- A self-starter mindset with a strong bias for execution, ownership, and delivering measurable business impact.
