Associate Analyst - LPM

Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelor in Law
• 2 4 years of experience
• Carrying out day to day reviewing of Contracts as per the client requirement
• Experience in contract management administration data management processes
• Knowledge and understanding of source to contract processes and contract data management processes
• In Depth knowledge of contract clauses and the identifying key information and gaps in contract
• End to End CLM administration experience will be proffered
• Knowledge and experience on end to end contract management process and workflow
• Good communication skills and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of basic principles of law
• Excellent legal analytical and review skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Adept in using MS Office
• Exposure to desired Contract Management tools
• Extracting key data fields from master agreements rate cards and fully executed SOWs into a database
• Ensuring defined SLAs are met
• Recommend process improvements
• Flexible working in shifts
