Associate AI Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Build AI agents and multi-step automation workflows using tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or n8n.
• Develop AI-powered applications using LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models.
• Create RAG-based solutions using embeddings and vector databases.
• Integrate AI capabilities with APIs, databases, dashboards, and existing client systems.
• Automate recurring business tasks such as reporting, data processing, follow-ups, and internal workflows.
• Build backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI or Flask.
• Rapidly develop and test proof-of-concepts before converting them into production-ready solutions.
• Improve response accuracy, reduce hallucinations, and optimize AI solutions for cost, speed, and reliability.
• Work closely with the project and development teams to understand client requirements and recommend practical solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Experience working with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini.
• Good understanding of prompt engineering, structured outputs, and hallucination control.
• Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, or pgvector.
• Experience with API development and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of databases, Git, cloud deployment, and testing.
• Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn new tools quickly.

Good to Have:

• Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.
• Basic understanding of machine learning models and model evaluation.
• Experience with Docker, AWS, Azure, GCP, or Vercel.
• Familiarity with React, Next.js, or dashboard development.
• A portfolio, GitHub profile, or working demo of AI-based projects.
