About the role TechXR (Durlabh Darshan) is launching its Immersive Darshan amenity and cultural artifact line at luxury hotel partners (100+ rooms) across India, with Udaipur as a strategic launch city. You will own on-ground operations across our Udaipur partner properties — show delivery, hardware, hotel relationships, and wedding & event activations.

You will own on-ground operations across our Udaipur partner properties — show delivery, hardware, hotel relationships, and wedding & event activations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day operations at partner hotels — show scheduling, hardware uptime, hygiene, and guest experience.
- Hire, train, and manage the on-ground show-operator and host team.
- Own the relationship with hotel GMs, F&B, Sales, and Concierge leadership; resolve issues before they escalate.
- Work with hotel banquet and wedding teams to integrate our offerings into destination wedding and MICE packages.
- Operationalise the cultural artifact product line — display, stocking, sell-through, replenishment.
- Manage hardware inventory, basic troubleshooting, and spares.
- Maintain SOPs, incident logs, and partner reporting; reconcile sales with hotel POS/PMS.
- Build a pipeline of new partner hotels across Udaipur and the Mewar belt.
- Report weekly to the Head of Hospitality Vertical.
Must-have
- 3–5 years in luxury hotel operations (Taj / Oberoi / Leela / ITC / Marriott Luxury) or a guest-facing 5-star concession.
- Experience handling destination weddings or large events at premium hotels.
- Fluent Hindi + English; Mewari/Marwari a plus.
- Comfort with consumer tech and basic hardware troubleshooting.
- Available across weekends and the Oct–Mar wedding peak.
- Existing network in Udaipur's hospitality and wedding-planner circuit.
Nice-to-have
- Hotel Management degree (IHM / Welcomgroup / Manipal).
- Exposure to XR / immersive entertainment / experiential retail.
