Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Operations Coordination

• Coordinate with field teams and CP to ensure smooth execution of daily operations.
• Monitor dispatches, cargo movement, and shipment status on a regular basis.
• Ensure timely communication between field teams, transporters, warehouses, and internal stakeholders.
  
  

Documentation Management

• Verify and ensure availability of all required documents before booking and dispatch.
• Check the accuracy and completeness of invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, permits, and other operational documents.
• Maintain proper records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
  
  

Commercial Compliance

• Possess sound knowledge of commercial documentation and logistics processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements related to transportation and dispatch.
• Coordinate with commercial and finance teams for document validation and issue resolution.
  
  

Reporting & Monitoring

• Prepare and maintain daily operational reports, dispatch reports, and movement trackers.
• Follow up on pending documents and operational issues.
• Escalate any operational deviations, delays, or compliance concerns to management promptly.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Good understanding of commercial and logistics documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  
  

Experience

Qualification

• B. Com / Commerce Graduate
• Additional qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Management will be an added advantage.
  
  

Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Commercial Coordination.
