As Regional Business Head for Loan Against Property (LAP), you'll lead the LAP business across a region, focusing on achieving targets, managing teams, developing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction, while adhering to company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional business plans to achieve growth targets for LAP products.
- Monitor business activities and ensure alignment with company credit policies.
- Conduct trend analysis, benchmarking competitors, and identify best practices.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor Relationship Managers, Branch Managers, cluster business head, and other support staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Monitor business activities and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.
- Ensure achievement of regional targets and objectives.
Experience: - 10 Years to 15 Years
Team Handling: - Team Handling Experience is must for this role.
Reporting to: - Business Head (South)
