India Sales function within Tally focuses on driving high quality customer engagement at scale. We are enthusiastic and growth focused team who support in building great brand experiences for customers and partners. Our sales experts work closely with the Partner ecosystem to ensure consistent delivery of delightful customer experiences and collaborative associations across geography.

What You Will OwnDrive Tally’s expansion by identifying, onboarding, and establishing one or more Certified Partners to build a strong local presence. Play a key role in increasing market reach, driving customer acquisition, and accelerating business growth.
Where Your Expertise Meets Our Future- 4-6 yrs of field sales experience.
- Strong business acumen and interest in sales.
- Local geography understanding.
- Complete understanding of B2B purchasing behaviours and their market.
- Experience in customer engagement and SME business.
- Exceptionally good in planning events and activities to ensure business growth.
- Efficient customer management.
- Good selling and negotiations skills.
- Excellent execution of initiatives and business processes.
- Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Own the assigned geography ends and drives growth of the Tally business within the territory
- Develop a deep understanding of the territory by analyzing GTAM (Clusters, customer profiles, and Industries and segments).
- Propose a business plan with defined growth milestones.
- Scout and evaluate potential existing Certified Partners aligned to TSPL benchmarks and business requirements.
- Enable the CPs to hire, train, and deploy the right quantity and quality of talent based on territory potential and business needs.
- Guide and support CPs to set up and operate as per organizational standards.
- An ABM must have a complete understanding of the CP’s past business trend, key line of business and aligned objectives that is to be worked upon to achieve the goals.
- An ABM also needs to have a clear understanding about the expansion opportunities for the CP in future and create a timebound plan with the partner with necessary activities and set milestones to check the progress.
- Execute the approved business plan and drive consistent territory growth.
- Maintain high intensity of market visits and active engagement with prospective customers, deeper hands-on experience with direct sales engagement.
- Build and strengthen influencer relationships within the new geography.
- Drive aggressive marketing initiatives, including influencer meets, association events, and customer events in the new geography.
- Drive innovation and ideation to establish business viability initially and then accelerate growth.
