Job Summary
The EUITES Hardware Asset Management & Procurement role is responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of end-user IT equipment, including procurement, inventory control, asset tracking, and disposal, while ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and global coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-user IT equipment lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, inventory, and disposal
Maintain accurate asset, stock, and inventory records across tools and repositories
Coordinate globally with vendors for procurement activities, including order placement, goods receipt, and invoice processing
Manage IT equipment catalogues, including master data, pricing, configurations, and workflows
Oversee and support e‑waste disposal processes in line with regulatory and organizational standards
Create, maintain, and track procurement documentation and related records
Work extensively in ServiceNow modules including Incident, Request, Asset, Stock, and Knowledge
Collaborate with multiple internal teams and global customers to support EUITES operations
Provide necessary reporting, analytics, and operational metrics
Participate in operational and governance meetings as required
Support shift-based operations covering multiple time zones
Skill Requirements
Minimum two years of experience in IT Hardware Asset Management and procurement
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with advanced knowledge of Excel
Hands-on experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and procurement platforms like Ariba
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a global operational environment
Self-driven, proactive, and delivery-focused mindset
Other Requirements
Strong understanding of end-user IT equipment and enterprise asset management processes
Experience working in global or multi-country support environments
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities based on business needs
Additional Request (Optional):
Preferred candidates with experience in large enterprise or managed service environments
Exposure to manufacturing, automotive, or industrial IT support ecosystems is an advantage
