Job Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed business targets for Loan Against Property (LAP) products in the Coimbatore area.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure optimal productivity.
- Identify and acquire new customers and build strong, lasting relationships with existing clients, builders, andDSA partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends in the LAP sector.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines related to loan processing and sales.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with credit, operations, and other internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively and professionally.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role within the financial services industry, specifically with exposure to Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Coimbatore market and local business landscape.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in local languages (Tamil) is essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
