About the Role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect – Interiors to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in commercial and residential interior projects, with strong design, coordination, and site execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural and interior design drawings and layouts
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and project teams
• Assist in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) coordination
• Select materials, finishes, and specifications as per project requirements
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and industry standards
• Develop detailed drawings, working drawings, and construction details
• Support project execution from concept to completion

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of interior architecture and space planning
• Understanding of building materials, construction methods, and detailing
• Familiarity with building regulations and industry standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• B.Arch. or Diploma in Architecture from a reputed institution
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Commercial and Residential Interior Projects
