About The Team
The Pro & Services Analytics team supports key business initiatives across Outside Sales, PFN, and Services through reporting, analytics, and performance insights. The team partners closely with SSCM and business stakeholders to track sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and improve decision-making through scalable reporting and automation solutions. The team focuses on customer-level analytics, dashboarding, and process efficiencies to support a rapidly growing business.
Job Summary
The Analyst, Pro & Services Analytics will support the Outside Sales business and PFN initiatives within the Pro organization, while also supporting analytics needs for the Services business. This role will help deliver reporting, performance tracking, and business insights that support decision-making across the organization.
The Outside Sales business generates over $6B in annual revenue and continues to grow steadily. The role will focus on customer and segment-level performance analysis, helping identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. The analyst will also support PFN performance tracking and reporting to help monitor market and delivery-related performance.

Key Responsibilities
Business Performance Reporting & Analysis
- Track sales trends and plan performance across customers, segments, and markets.
- Support business reviews through regular reporting and ad hoc analysis.
- Help identify performance drivers, opportunities, and emerging trends through data analysis.
- Support reporting and analysis for PFN initiatives, including:
- Pre vs. post performance tracking
- Weekly market performance reporting
- Delivery-type mix analysis
- Maintain and enhance recurring performance reports and dashboards.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
- Develop and enhance DAX calculations and data models to improve reporting quality and usability.
- Ensure reporting accuracy and consistency across recurring deliverables.
- Use SQL and Python to work with large customer-level datasets.
- Support automation of recurring reports, validations, and business processes.
- Improve reporting efficiency through standardized and scalable solutions.
- Partner with SSCM and business teams to support analytics and reporting needs.
- Communicate insights clearly and support discussions with stakeholders.
- Manage assigned workstreams with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
- 2-4 years of experience in analytics, reporting, finance, or business intelligence roles.
Required Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
