Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms
• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets for model training
• Implement and deploy AI/ML solutions in production environments
• Develop natural language processing (NLP) applications
• Build computer vision and image recognition systems
• Optimize model performance and accuracy through iterative testing
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate ML models into applications
• Research and implement state-of-the-art AI techniques
• Document technical specifications and model architectures
• Stay current with AI/ML advancements and emerging technologies
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in machine learning and AI development
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Experience with deep learning architectures (CNN, RNN, Transformers)
• Knowledge of NLP techniques and frameworks
• Familiarity with cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform)
• Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering
• Understanding of MLOps and model deployment practices
• Strong mathematical foundation (linear algebra, statistics, probability)
• Experience with big data technologies is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
