Team

• In this job role you have to develop and execute digital transformation roadmap aligned with global business objectives.
  Drive adoption of digital tools and technologies across the supply chain.
• You have to promote a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement within the teams.
  2. Process Optimization & Automation and identify and eliminate process bottlenecks through re-engineering, automation, and application of best practices.
• You have to Implement RPA, chatbots and no-code workflow automation tools to improve process efficiency and compliance.
• You need to collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify and standardize processes
• You have to build and maintain comprehensive dashboards in Power BI for real-time visibility into functional KPIs, spend analytics, supplier performance and customer feedback.
• You need to provide actionable insights to senior leadership by leveraging data from ERPs, internal platforms, and other business systems and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance for reliable decision-making.
• You have to explore and embed AI/ML technologies to enable interactive chatbots, predictive analytics, supplier risk assessment, cost modeling, and demand forecasting.
• You have to design intelligent systems to optimize functional strategies, contract compliance, define benchmarks and enable proactive procurement.
• You have to manage cross-functional digital projects from concept to deployment, ensuring project delivery on time and within budget.
• In this job role you have to work closely with regional and global procurement leaders, IT teams, finance, and external partners to ensure alignment and conduct regular training and change management sessions to drive user adoption and digital maturity.

• You have a University degree in Engineering preferably computer science
• You should have AI/ML certifications and experience
• You have Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in handling projects independently as a consultant or project professions
