Position: Business Analyst

Experience: 3+ years

Work Mode-5 Days, secured ODC

Education Qualification: Any graduation or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of Relevant experience.

Position Description: We are seeking a skilled Workday Talent & LMS Support Analyst to provide operational support, configuration management, and troubleshooting for Workday Talent Management and Learning Management System (LMS) processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday business processes, security, EIBs, integrations, ticket management, and LMS administration.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Workday Talent Management Support

Support and maintain Workday Talent & Skills business processes.

Configure and manage Workday security policies and security groups.

Troubleshoot and resolve Talent Management-related issues and user requests.

Support Talent Reviews, Goal Management, Performance Management, and Skills Management processes.

Perform data validation and ensure data integrity across Talent modules.

EIB & Data Management

Execute and monitor inbound and outbound EIB loads (simple to complex).

Analyze and resolve EIB load failures and validation issues.

Support mass data updates and data migration activities.

Create and maintain reports required for EIB processing.

Production Support & Operations

Provide day-to-day application support for Workday and LMS platforms.

Manage operational activities including issue logging, tracking, and resolution.

Prepare issue status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Ensure adherence to SLAs and support processes.

LMS Administration & Support

Support LMS administration activities, including learning assignments, course management, and user access.

Troubleshoot LMS-related issues and learner completion discrepancies.

Monitor and support LMS file-based integrations and data transfers.

Assist with sing and deployment of LMS enhancements.

Integration Monitoring

Monitor upstream and downstream integrations between Workday, LMS, and third-party systems.

Investigate integration failures and coordinate resolution with technical teams.

Validate successful completion of scheduled integrations and interfaces.

Ticket Management & Agile Support

Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests through ServiceNow and/or JIRA.

Create and manage JIRA stories, tasks, and defects.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience supporting Workday and/or LMS applications.

Experience with Workday Talent & Skills business processes and security configuration.

Strong experience executing EIB loads and troubleshooting data issues.

Experience with application support, reporting, issue management, and production support activities.

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and/or JIRA.

Experience monitoring integrations and resolving interface issues.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting both Workday and Learning Management Systems.

Workday certifications in Talent, Performance, Recruiting, or Learning modules.

LMS certifications or formal LMS training.

Experience working with HR and IT stakeholders.

Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Knowledge of Workday reporting and integration frameworks.
