Are you an experienced accounting leader who knows U.S. GAAP well and enjoys leading a team? This could be your next move.

What you’ll do:

Lead and mentor a team of 10–20 accounting professionals

Act as the main point of contact for U.S.-based clients

Oversee month-end, quarter-end and year-end closes

Review financial statements, reconciliations and journal entries

Strengthen internal controls, SOPs and quality checks

Report on team performance, capacity and risks to leadership

What you’ll need:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field

7–10 years in U.S. accounting, with 2–3 years managing people

Experience in outsourcing, shared services or client delivery

QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite or other major ERPs

Advanced Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides

Excellent written and spoken English

Nice to have: U.S. CPA, CMA or ACCA, plus audit coordination and process automation experience.
