Execute specific documentation management activities in the project.
- Contribute to setup and manage document management systems/databases to deliver documentation according to contractual requirement.
- Contribute to prepare project document numbering procedure, document exchange and requirement specifications.
- Contribute for identification, specification, collection, and handover of project documentation according to contractual requirement.
- Internal and external co-ordination with other disciplines and vendors / contractors.
- Execute document management activities according to guidelines, processes, and workflows.
- Perform documentation quality checks, distribution, and related activities.
- Contribute relevant project document status reporting internal and external.
- Good collaboration and communication skills
