We, Godawari Industries, are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team in Sangli, Maharashtra. This is a key position for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in financial management and compliance.As our Accounts Executive, you will be a vital part of our finance department, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. This role requires a professional who is not only knowledgeable but also proactive and organized.
- TDS & GST Management: Handle all aspects of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and Goods and Services Tax (GST) calculations, payments, and returns.
- Income Tax Finalization: Lead the process of preparing and finalizing income tax returns, ensuring full compliance with tax laws.
- Financial Reporting: Maintain accurate ledgers and financial statements using Tally.
- Reconciliation & Auditing: Conduct regular bank and account reconciliations, and assist with internal and external audits.
- Expert-level proficiency in Tally software.
- Comprehensive knowledge of TDS, GST, and Income Tax Finalization.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in a similar role will have a preference
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and TALLY accounting software
- Preference given to the candidate with good Communication skills both Verbal and written, analytical & logical thoughts process.
- Having good command in data entry related to day to day accounting transactions which includes Sale/Purchase orders, Credit/Debit notes, Journal vouchers, Bank Reconciliations, Stock Journals/Transfers, Expenses, Invoices, cash payment/receipts.
- Preference given to candidate having experience in working accounts department of a manufacturing company
- If freshers, the candidate should have understanding of day-to-day accounting transactions and well aversed in the accounting principles
- Having an understanding of TDS, GST, Income Tax is an advantage
- Develop and implement HR policies & procedures
- Manage recruitment and staffing efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Develop and implement new hires boarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition.
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs to support the professional growth and development of our staff.
- Keep track of employee performance and manage & improve communication.
- Oversee and manage benefits and compensation as well as payroll management/leave management, and reporting.
- Handle conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Stay up to date on changes to HR laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant legal requirements.
- Candidates having excellent English communication skills will be awarded extra weightage.
- Implement and maintain PF policies, ESI policies
- Overall management of attendance and access control, CCTV monitoring
- Create a safe, active and inclusive work environment
- One must have an excellent conversation and communication skill to introduce the company and products very professionally
- One must be aware of the various kinds of Tools and Techniques used in international marketing.
- A good knowledge of SEO, web and social media marketing is expected
- A very good interpersonal skill at follow-ups and documentations
- A person with good english speaking and writing ability with creative attitude and approach
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Generating new prospective leads from multiple sources. Communicating with the leads towards conversion
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials like signages, brochures, circulars, company profile, email campaigns, online promotion, etc. Running email campaigns, web updates
- Gathering feedback from existing clients about service, quality, etc
- Review and monitor SEO reportings and incorporate changes
- Regular updating company pages on various portal with current market trends, seasons greetings and company updates
- Following up with the leads generated by multiple portals
- Planning in setting up platform for trade shows and assisting the same during the trade shows
- Assist the export department in documentation of export transactions and carrying out the export procedures
- Involve in communication with export service vendors for smooth export transactions
- Gather, analyze quotation of plant machinery to develop new product
- Carry out fabrication and welding works at the workshop. Welding & Gas Cutting experience is must
- Carry out routine maintenance, repair and troubleshooting the equipment/machinery. Flour Mill or rice mill Maintenance knowledge is preferable.
- Should have knowledge of operations of machines, motor maintenance, etc
- Should maintain all plant equipment by troubleshooting and repairing mechanical or electrical problems in the most efficient manner with a focus on improving long-term reliability of the equipment.
- Maintain work logs, repair and maintenance records
- Other duties as assigned by superior
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Collect and prepare corn samples from different stages of the milling process.
- Conduct daily quality control tests, including moisture analysis, sieve testing, and visual inspections.
- Operate and maintain essential lab equipment like moisture analyzers and balances.
- Accurately record all test results and observations.
- Assist with daily quality reports for the production team.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized lab environment.
- Someone with strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency is a must.
- A team player who can also work independently.
- Prior lab experience is a plus but not required.
