Job Description

  • Perform as an individual contributor with high degree of accountability with minimum assistance.
  • Ensure quick turnaround in identifying application issues and providing timely solutions.
  • Execute unit testing to ensure the accuracy of his/her developments.
  • Realize the development/requirement as per the technical specification provided.
  • Adhere to all coding standards and performance measures, as per customer/organizations guidelines.
  • Must have experience in Support Projects. Experience in Rollout and E2E implementation would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to create Technical Design Documents TDD and Unit Test documents.
  • Ability to help resolve complex technical issues and manage critical/complex situations.

Required Technical Competencies

Customer Management:

  • Has basic knowledge of customers business domain and technology suite.
  • Can use latest technology and handle customer escalations.

Projects Documentation:

  • Has basic knowledge of Documentation involved in projects like BBP and Solution Design, FS, Test Scripts, and Timesheets.
  • Able to build into required project documentation.

Domain and Industry Knowledge:

  • Basic knowledge of customers business processes, relevant technology platform, or product.
  • Able to prepare process maps, workflows, business cases and simple business models in line with customer requirements with assistance from SME and apply industry standards/ practices in implementation with guidance from experienced team members.

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

  • Basic knowledge of management processes and tools requirement analysis process, tools and methodologies.
  • Able to extract functional and non-functional requirements and document a system/software specification for low to medium complexity scenarios.

Test Management:

  • Perform unit testing and comparison testing for rehosting, report testing status, document defects identified and perform the defect fix.
  • Create test cases, test scenarios & test data and execute automation test scripts/manual test cases as per the test plan and record findings.
  • Execute DIT Test Cases against the baseline code provided.
