Immigration Specialist

Techolution is looking for a diligent and experiencedTravel& Visa Management Associateto join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and coordinating the documentation and application process for US visas, particularly L1, B1, and H1B visas. As aTravel& Visa Management Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees visa and immigration needs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and seamlessly coordinating with US attorneys and visa vendors.

Location: Hyderabad (On-Site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end documentation process forUS visa applications, includingL1, B1, and H1B visas.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation related tovisa applicationsandimmigration processes.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and information for visa applications
• Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding visa and immigration inquiries
• Liaise withUS attorneysandvisa vendorsto facilitate the visa application process and address any legal or administrative requirements
• Stay updated onUS immigration regulationsandvisa application proceduresto provide accurate guidance and support to employees..
• Maintain organized and secure documentation for all visa and immigration-related matters.
• Provide regular updates and communication to relevant parties regarding the status of visa applications.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency in visa and immigration management.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience inmanaging documentationforUS visa applications, particularly L1,B1, and H1B visas.
• Strong understanding ofUS immigration regulationsandvisa application procedures.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate withUS attorneys, visa vendors,andinternal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, demonstrating reliability and professionalism
• Familiarity with visa management systems and tools is a plus
• Certification in immigration law or related field is an advantage
