The ideal candidate should be passionate about client servicing, marketing delivery, and relationship building. You will be responsible for managing all marketing delivery for your respective accounts.

Client & Delivery Management

  • Understanding requirements form clients and communicating the same to the content, design, and development team
  • Ensure quality deliverables as per client expectations
  • Front-ending all client communications for select set of customers
  • Own end-to-end delivery for assigned client accounts
  • Weekly and monthly reporting for each of your customer accounts
  • Build strong relationships with clients, industry peers, and internal stakeholders
  • Marketing performance analysis and improvement planning
  • Account development
  • Client Retention

Must-Haves

  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent research skills. Should be able to research about topics, industries and come up with expert articles/posts
  • Should have an understanding and experience of Digital Marketing field
  • Good design sense
  • Should have experience in writing for the IT and Tech Domain
  • 5 years experience preferably in the digital marketing or IT domain
