Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Conduct outbound calls to patients to schedule appointments and follow up on their healthcare needs
• Provide information about HCAH services and assist patients in understanding their treatment plans
• Handle incoming calls from patients and address their queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all patient interactions and appointments
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your communication skills and knowledge of healthcare industry best practices
• Work closely with the Telecalling team to achieve daily targets and contribute to the overall success of HCAH
