- Designing the systems, process and SOPs for concurrent monitoring data collection based on the nature of the implementation and mode of implementation of the programmes both directly as well as with partner organisations on the ground.
- Development of RF program/vertical specific M&E technical guidance, tools and mechanisms.
- Ensure that RF team members as well as implementing partners are appropriately and adequately trained and mentored on the systems, processes and SOPs to meet the high-quality information collection from all the stakeholders including target community members.
- Lead the process of fact checks and data validation in close coordination with the programme teams.
- Ensure clarity among all the programme and implementing partners on the reporting templates and timelines to effectively meet the deadlines.
- Contribute with M&E technical competence to the development of Program ToCs, LFAs, developments of indictors and plan of action.
- Sharing programme performance with the teams at multiple levels on a regular basis and bringing out critical issues and adverse performances, if any
- Provide timely and robust information to promote the dissemination of learning, better project cycle management, and facilitate evidence-based decisionmaking through the provision of technical analysis, both internally within RF and externally with implementing partners.
- Coach and mentor M&E staff members to develop their skills and ensure high-quality evidence-based reporting.
- Necessary: Master Degree in Social Sciences or Population Sciences/Demography or Statistics or Mathematics.
- Desired: Development Sector
- Necessary: Minimum 7-10 years of social sector experience
- Desired: Experience of implementing large scale development projects
