Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic and driven Business Development Executive to drive lead generation and new client acquisition efforts for our software/AI development company. This is an outbound sales role responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting cold outreach via calls/emails/social media, booking qualified sales appointments, and contributing to the overall sales pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute outbound lead generation campaigns for potential clients across various industries.
- Initiate new sales conversations by conducting cold calls, sending emails, and reaching out to prospects on LinkedIn.
- Qualify leads, comprehend their requirements, and pitch company's solutions effectively.
- Maintain accurate data of leads and opportunities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Create targeted strategies for engaging specific client profiles effectively.
- Consistently achieve lead generation, and revenue targets.
- Provide constructive feedback to the marketing team to enhance lead generation content and campaigns.
- Stay informed about the company’s products/services and industry trends to offer informed insights to clients.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of successful experience in B2B outbound sales/lead generation
- Proven ability to build pipelines through cold outreach via calls, emails, social selling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English
- Tenacious work ethic with hunger to continuously prospect and meet targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, Hubspot etc.
- Basic technical understanding of software products/services offered
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
