- Job Type:** Full-time, Permanent
- Provide exceptional customer service via inbound and outbound calls in an international voice process.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, tracking orders, and resolving issues related to deliveries or payments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Meet and exceed performance targets such as average handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities to enhance customer service skills.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized solutions to their concerns.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
