Job Description:
We are seeking a Backend Developer with expertise in PHP and database management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of backend technologies and experience in building scalable web applications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain server-side logic using PHP.
- Design and implement database schemas and queries for efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Integrate user-facing elements developed by frontend developers with server-side logic.
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth application operation.
- Collaborate with frontend and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Stay updated with the latest backend technologies and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain software solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing regular updates on project progress.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in backend development.
- Proficiency in PHP programming language.
- Strong understanding of relational database management systems, such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with MVC frameworks, such as Laravel or Symfony.
- Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Proven track record of leading and managing software development projects from conception to delivery as a Team Lead
- Direct Hire on the FuguMobile Payroll
- Leave Policy: 18 paid leaves in a year & 12 festival leaves.
- Office Role – 6 days working – 5 days WFO and Saturday – WFH
- Working Time - 10:30 am – 6:30 pm
- R1 - Technical discussion
- R2 - Assessment
- R3 - Discussion on the Assessment
- R4 - Final Discussion
