  • Develop a business plan to support company growth and goals.
  • Evaluate potential locations for new centers based on market demand and competition.
  • Create strategic plans to enhance the performance of existing centers.
  • Identify potential franchisees through various channels, including online inquiries, referrals, industry events, marketing campaigns, and cold calling.
  • Conduct cold calls to introduce franchise opportunities and generate interest in our brand.
  • Follow up with potential franchise prospects, providing information and guiding them through the application process.
  • Evaluate potential franchisees based on financial capabilities, business experience, and alignment with brand values.
  • Assist potential franchisees throughout the application and approval process, including financial analysis and legal documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and legal to facilitate the opening of new franchise locations.
  • Offer comprehensive training and ongoing support to franchisees to ensure compliance with operational standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess franchisee performance and address operational or customer service concerns.
  • Monitor and analyze franchise performance metrics and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees, addressing their needs and seeking growth opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and franchise regulations to ensure compliance and provide business development recommendations.
