Ensure that the business operations run efficiently and smoothly.

Manage and plan the day to day work of office boys.

To meet and greet visitors and guests came to office in a friendly professional manner.

Responsible to Keep office area clean, hygienic, well maintained and in good condition.

Manage all matters related to reception/office appearance.

Maintains stock of stationery and toiletries and place its orders at regular intervals.

Manage incoming courier and arrange outgoing courier.

Manage all keys of the drawers and doors of the office premises. Maintains register to keep track of the keys.

Communication with utility agencies like electrician, generator, carpenter etc.

Arrangement of snacks for the staff.

Review CCTV footage whenever required.

Communicate with employees for any issues in providing facility.

Employee requests to him and he plans and approves with us, and executes.

Registers complaints for any service providers (e.g. Internet service providers) and take its followups.

Manage or update employee contact information along with employees ID proof.

Preventive maintenance of the ACs, water filters, UPS, vehicles, chairs etc. Also maintain register of services done.

Asset management: Keep organized all of the devices, equipments and items at proper place.

Add new employees fingerprint entry in attendance machine.

Manages day to day expenses of the organization.

Manges bank accounts of the organization.

Cash/cheque deposit or cash withdrawal from the bank.

Verify attendance entry of the employees daily.

Perform salary calculation based on the attendance report and leaves.

Prepare monthly reports of the tax payables like TDS etc.

Keep physical records of the expense and utility bills along with scanned copy.

Utility bill payments before its due dates.

Key skills

Strong Computer Skills Are Required.

Good verbal communication and written communication skill.

Good typing and documentation skill.

Bachelor's degree in any stream.
