Responsibilities

Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions on the social handles, LinkedIn and Naukri, hires.

Documentation for the shortlisted candidates, verifying and conducting reference checks before onboarding the candidate

Planning entire Employee orientation for new joinees (including email creation, laptop/desktop arrangements, welcome mailers etc.)

Coordinating with the internal managers for new joinees training plan before the employee joinees (a week prior preferably)

Releasing official documents to new joinee's employees

Manage the organizations employee database and prepare reports.
