Sales Officer

An Insurance Sales Officer is responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.

Sales Generation

Identify potential clients and present insurance policies.

Close sales to meet targets.

Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Provide ongoing support and assistance

Generate Revenue by getting business from leads generated through assigned 4-5 Bank .

Cascade the incentive programs to Banks Staff

Responsible for sales completion by facilitating completion of medical reports ensuring prompt issue of policy document

Develop new markets/ segments in line with company sales strategy from time to time.

Build a good customer base in order to cross-sell up-sell.

Build long term relationship with the bank staff .
