Manager Ad Sales & Brand solutions
About Team
The role is the part of the monetisation & Brand Solutions team. This team is responsible for earning advertising and monetisation revenue for Myntra by providing various Brand solutions. Myntra Monetization is among the top two digital platforms in the country for Fashion brands in terms of spends. Further, this is one of the most important functions for Myntra's growth for future success.
The function is responsible for getting advertising income from our Brand partners by providing them appropriate marketing solutions for visibility & ROI on Myntra App, Website as well as Social handles.
Roles and Responsibilities
Role
To own & deliver monetization targets for your category.
To create a strong pipeline of Brands to pitch for Brand solutions and convert them at a healthy rate.
Create and regularly update monetization pitch decks for your category & brands.
To create a detailed media plan against the planned spend for every brand.
To work with internal stakeholders including for end to end execution of monetization media plan including ad serving, reports etc.
To create a monthly plan against your target and monitor these for actuals. Problem solve for any gaps in target vs plan.
Proactive in identifying, raising and problem solving issues that might impact the plan numbers.
Conducting monthly reviews with key brands to identify gaps and solve for future months
To adhere to internal processes and keep the escalations to minimum
Responsibilities
To meet monthly targets of generating monetisation money from your category.
To work together as a team for several initiatives and common projects.
Building lasting relationships with accounts and ensuring we grow their business on Myntra platform
Ensuring revenue has been accrued for all billed monetization activities and there is minimum loss
Qualifications & Experience
MBA from Tier 1 College with overall work experience of 7-10 years.
Experience in BD / Sales for a Digital company for at least 2 years is mandatory.
Desired Skill Set
Preferred to have experience in e-commerce industry.
Strong display of Myntra values and ethos
High level of interest in learning new things
Strong interpersonal skills.
Proactive and self-driven with great sense of ownership
Strong problem solving & Prioritization skills with an eye for detail.
Good in negotiation and persuasion.
