Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Intern Business Development Executive to join our team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development within the IT industry. The selected candidate will learn how to discover data, generate leads, and master the art of bidding on various platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying potential clients through research and data discovery techniques.

Learn and implement strategies to generate leads for our services, including website designing and development, mobile app development, and SEO.

Participate in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to attract new clients.

Gain proficiency in bidding on freelance platforms like Upwork and Freelancer to secure projects.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop innovative approaches to business development.

Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for clients, showcasing our services and capabilities.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and research abilities.

Enthusiastic and eager to learn about business development in the IT industry.

Familiarity with online bidding platforms like Upwork and Freelancer is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Stipend:

During the initial 15 days, there will be no stipend.

INR 5,000 to INR 8,000 per month, based on performance and commitment.
