Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer to create and maintain our web-based platforms that are critical for deploying our AI agents and administrative tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using Ruby on Rails.
- - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with our web platforms and CRM systems.
- - Implement and maintain cloud-based applications and services on AWS and deploy using Heroku.
- - Assess and ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- - Enhance applications for optimal performance and scalability.
- - Conduct ongoing website maintenance and improvements.
- - Write clean, efficient, and testable code by adhering to best software development practices.
- Proven experience as a Ruby on Rails Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Ruby and the Rails framework.
- In-depth knowledge of AWS cloud services and Heroku deployment.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Understanding of MVC, Mocking, ORM, and RESTful.
- Experience with relational databases, version control tools, and developing web services.
- Knowledge of web server deployment, continuous integration, and best practices in security and efficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, quickly learn new technologies, and adapt to various web techniques.
