Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead the housekeeping staff, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Ensure that all areas within the premises are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, meeting or exceeding regulatory requirements and expectations.
Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient use of resources.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Minimum experience of 5+ years in housekeeping management or a similar role, with demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
Strong knowledge of housekeeping principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Understanding of health and safety regulations and environmental standards.
