Role Overview Description

• We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to help analyze large volumes of education data and generate meaningful insights.
• The successful candidate will work closely with product and engineering teams to derive insights from student learning data on our platforms.
  
  
  

Roles & Responsibilities

• Clean, transform and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python libraries like Pandas
• Build predictive models using machine learning techniques like regression, clustering and recommend next best actions
• Create detailed reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics and KPIs using tools like Tableau, Power BI
• Track goals and metrics that matter for business and product decisions
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement data-driven improvements
  
  
  

Requirements

• Masters degree in Statistics, Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
• Proven experience in extracting insights from large, messy education or related domains
• Expert knowledge of SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib), machine learning algorithms
