- Lead & guide overall panel manufacturing team
- Oversee and carry out activities for manufacturing panels to be used for EIA internally at IDMC
- Plan manufacturing activities based on EIA / Project estimations
- Ensure Safety guidelines and EHS policies while during production
- Ensure proper documentation around production of panels, batches in strict adherence to ISO etc.
- Prepare and analyse manufacturing data on pre-defined basis like planned v/s achievement, daily output, quality, waste, packing & dispatch etc.
- Identify process improvement, reengineering and other innovative techniques to ensure cost effectiveness of production operations
- Design the layout of panel for use in projects and as Skids
- Identify and recommend vendor for carrying out fabrication work on Panel manufacturing
- Supervise fabrication activities for Panel manufacturing as per design
- Coordinate with Design EIA team or Sales team for raising Supply Order
