## : **Qualification:** B.com, M.com & CA **Experience:** 15 to 20 yrs of Experience **Salary:** 80K TO 1.5 Lakhs Per Month (Negotiable for the right candidate) **Roles and Responsibility:**
- CA (highly preferable) with 15
- Majority of experience should be in a manufacturing company
- Should already be serving as head of finance in a company with at least 600 Crs turnover
- Should have thorough experience dealing directly with banks, auditors, and credit rating agencies
- Experience in handling multiple companies (group companies) preferable
- Experience with mergers/demergers, acquisitions preferable
- Long-term commitment (at least 5 years) is a must
