We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with the ability to take on and overcome challenges in a dynamic and collaborative team environment. You will be part of a motivated engineering team that is responsible for ensuring the quality of the BSETEC Products and Projects. You will work with developers to analyze new feature risks, gaps in testing, and test and release process. You are also expected to be a consultant to engineers on how to design the tests, how to test the product systematically, and how to write efficient and effective automation tests. --- **Required Skills**

• Solid experience working with Selenium WebDriver
• Strong understanding of test automation frameworks (data-driven, key-word driven) and tools (TestNG, Ant, Maven)
• Experience working with build tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.
• Strong knowledge in Java or Javascript to write test scripts
• Experience with performance testing using Jmeter or other tools
• Hands-on experience with both front end and back end testing
• Familiarity with JIRA or similar bug tracking systems
• Defect analysis via identifying the root causes
• Being proficient in automation test script design and development
• Good understanding of database concepts
• Strong communication skills
• **Key Responsibilities**
• Setup the test automation standards, review the test code to ensure the test code quality
• Work with different engineering teams to support the teams in setting up CI, analyzing the test gaps, tools requirements, and implementing the test process aligned across teams
• Analyze the new feature impact and risks for release, review the test strategy and plans to certify the product quality
• Build the test metrics substantiated by data and measure the product test quality
• Develop test expertise in our product teams
• Build out a plan to scale quality standards across the IT Market Group
• Define the product quality standards
• Communicate test results, find issues, dependencies, and escalate the same in a timely manner
