Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Foster an unforgettable guest experience: Ensure that every guest at The Madpackers Hostel has a remarkable stay from the moment they arrive until their departure; you will go above and beyond to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships:
• Build trust and loyalty with our guests
• Engage with them personally, providing exceptional customer service and catering to their individual needs, ensuring their utmost satisfaction
• Curate unique and engaging experiences: Organize and manage an array of exciting activities, events, and tours, creating an unforgettable experience for our guests; from city tours to cultural exchanges, you will make their stay at The Madpackers Hostel truly memorable
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints:
• Respond to guest inquiries and effectively address any concerns or complaints
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving issues efficiently
• Assist in daily hostel operations: Work closely with the hostel management team, contributing to the smooth day-to-day operations of the hostel; from check-ins and check-outs to coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance, your meticulous attention to detail will help maintain a well-run establishment
